The Managing Director started from a humble background as he joined his father, a trained building construction expert, at a very tender age. The father always requested that he come back from school early enough to join him in his site after school hours to support him in supervising his business and writing estimates for clients.
He had a brief stay at Kaduna Polytechnic, where he got admission to study Building Technology in early 1990. After a while, he joined the Anyiam-Osigwe Group in 2002. He worked for some time with Anyiam-Osigwe Group in various capacities and departments. The group of companies is specialized in mining, publishing, printing, and securities.
Mr. Jimoh holds a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Lagos State University and a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Mr. Jimoh was under his father's tutelage for a period spanning almost two decades. In this period, several projects (examples shown below) were executed by the family for individuals, corporate organizations, and military institutions. These include military cantonment projects in Ikeja, military barrack in Badagry, and Aba's Ecobank office in Abia State and Onitsha, although through 3rd party links.

The Principal Partner- Barrister Chukwudi Jnr Ifeanacho is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Enugu campus, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in law with honors in 1987. He was enrolled to practice as a Barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1988. He joined the law firm of C.O Akpamgbo S.A.N in Enugu, where he rose to the Deputy Head of Chambers. Soon, he moved to Anyiam-Osigwe and Co of 9A Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, where he rose to the position of Managing Solicitor. He occupied the position until 2015, when he left to concentrate on his private practice, E.C.J Ifeanacho & Associates, which was registered on June 2, 1997.
He is experienced in documentation and perfection of securities such as Mortgages, Debentures, Guarantees, Leases, Assignments, and Hypothecation Agreements, obtaining Certificate of Occupancy, Governors Consent and verification of title at the Land Registries, registration of companies, business names, associations and ensuring statutory compliance with regulatory authorities.

Mr. Hussein Adewale Adegoke is the younger brother of Mr. Adeniyi Jimoh. He is a bonafide member of the Jimoh building and construction dynasty. Like the elder brother, he was under the father's tutelage for about two decades, learning the act of building construction. Mr. Hussein is thorough and has an eye for perfection.
